Label Awareness

Faculty, staff, students, and friends of Northwestern University are asked to cooperate with the licensing program by purchasing only from manufacturers who have been licensed by the University.

Northwestern University requires that anyone manufacturing products bearing its marks or logos become a licensee. Licensees manufacturing a Northwestern product must attach a label or tag to the product to let the consumer know that the product is an officially-licensed item.

Buyers should look for the label when purchasing Northwestern products.

Be sure that the item you purchase is as authentic as your support for Northwestern University.
