Returns
When it is necessary to return merchandise, contact the company from which the merchandise was purchased to request a pickup, and provide the following information:
- Northwestern University
- Department name
- Contact name
- Contact person's phone number.
Ask the company for a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number.
Shipping and Receiving will contact you when the truck arrives to pick up the items. Arrangements will be made, if necessary, to assist you in getting the return merchandise to the loading area.
To return UPS packages, you must obtain a sticker from Authorized Return Service (ARS) or a call tag from the vendor.
