Stamp Order Procedure

Order your custom stamps, signs, seals or name badges on Build-a-Stamp through Eway. Simply click on the "Custom Stamps Online Ordering" link on the Eway homepage and an instructional sheet will guide you through your first visit. Current E-way users have been pre-registered on Build-a-Stamp.

If you are not currently registered for E-Way you will need to register by clicking on the "register" tab. Enter all required fields (IMPORTANT: Enter <FKbnfc> for Registration Code). Your password is your first name, proper case lettering, i.e. Jeff or Sandra. Click here for detailed instructions.

If you cannot order the product online, please follow the link on the Eway home page for the Special Stamps Order Form. Print and complete the form and fax it to the Office Supplies Program at 847.491.3849 for a tracer number.

If your order involves signatures or artwork, which you cannot upload on the website, fax the order form and signatures/artwork to Sandra Davenport at 847.491.3849. Then, contact her at 1-7568 and she will provide you with a tracer number. Mail signatures/artwork, completed Special Stamps Order Form and Office Supplies Program Order Form, along with the Tracer Number to:

Faxing is not recommended, as images are often inconsistent and distorted.
