Return Policy
Corporate Express Return Terms and Conditions:
GENERAL
Corporate Express
gladly accepts the return of Sourcebook (catalog) merchandise within
30 days from the date of delivery. The customer must contact Corporate
Express Customer Care Team at 888-238-6329 with your Tracer # to
request and schedule all returns. Corporate Express will issue a
return authorization number, which must be written on the outside
of the carton or item being returned. All merchandise to be returned
will be picked up by Corporate Express within 5 to 7 working days
of notification to Corporate Express. Corporate Express will sign
for all pickups. If this does not occur, contact the Office Stores
Program at 847/491-7569.
Note: Product returns should not be given to the
driver without receiving prior approval from Corporate Express.
E-way
Users can use the following return option:
Customers have the option to use the enhanced returns
form under "My Orders". Click on "Submitted"
go to "Tools", click on "R" button, "Request
for Return". Follow instructions.
Once an order, or any part of an order has been
returned, the order status line will change from SBMT to RTRN and
will remain RTRN even if only part of the entire order was returned.
* Corporate
Express will issue a return authorization number after you submit
the request for the return of the item, this must be written on
the outside of the carton or item being returned.
*All merchandise
to be returned will be picked up by Corporate Express within 5 to
7 working days of notification to Corporate Express. Corporate Express
will sign for all pickups. If this does not occur, contact the Office
Supplies Program at 847/491-7569.
SPECIAL
ORDERS AND FURNITURE
Full credit will be issued on unassembled, in-stock furniture returns
in new condition with original packaging within 30 days from the
date of delivery.
Returns of special orders of non-stock furniture
will be made at the option of Corporate Express and will be evaluated
on a case-by-case basis.
DEFECTIVE
PRODUCTS
All defective Corporate Express Brand products (CEB,CEG,DPS,EXP)
may be returned at any time. All other defective products must be
returned within
the first 30 days from the date of delivery.
SHORTAGES
Please inform Corporate Express of any shortages as soon as possible.
Shortage credits requested after 48 hours of delivery will not be
honored.
IMPORTANT
NOTES ABOUT ALL RETURNS
Unless defective, all returns must be in re-saleable condition (original,
unmarked, sealed retail package)
Non-defective dated goods - forms, batteries, film,
toner and ink cartridges, etc are subject to approval and require
a Return Authorization for credit. Calendars can not be returned
after January 31st of the year they correspond to.
For health and safety reasons, all food, beverage,
first aid and medical items can not be returned (CE fulfillment
errors will receive credit without a return).
Janitorial or Sanitation products can only be returned
if unopened, unaltered, case quantities.
Corporate Express will only issue credit for products
purchased from Corporate Express.
Corporate Express
assumes no liability for damages resulting from the use of any purchased
