FedEx (Federal Express) is Northwestern University’s recommended express mail service. Our contract provides us with significantly reduced rates and exceptional service. FedEx offers a variety of reliable, time-definite delivery services to meet the University's shipping needs:

• FedEx First Overnight® - Overnight Delivery by 8:00 or 8:30 am**
• FedEx Priority Overnight® - Delivery by 10:30 am***
• FedEx Standard Overnight® - Delivery by 3:00 pm***
• FedEx 2Day® 2 Business Days - Delivery by 4:30 pm***
• FedEx Express Saver®3 Business Days - Delivery by 4:30 pm***

Passkey is a FedEx on-line shipping tool, that, once logged in, gives users access to Northwestern's negotiated rates. This site also allows users to store addresses, track shipments, and keeps a 45 day history of shipments. If you are a registered Passkey user, click on the link below, then from the drop down menu under "Ship", click on "Prepare Shipment Online". From the "Ship Manager" log-in screen, click on "Passkey users login here" on the right side of the screen.

The UPS box in Medill is in the main hallway on the first floor. The box in Searle is at the main reception desk by the front door. The box at Kellogg is in the basement next to the mailroom, just around the corner from the Kellogg Kafe.
