Mail Services delivers and receives internal and external mail.

To help expedite the delivery of mail, please address properly and separate your mail into the following categories before it is picked up:

  • Domestic mail that requires postage
  • International mail that requires postage
  • Stamped mail
  • Evanston campus mail
  • Chicago campus mail

Especially before a large or specialized mailing gets too far into the planning stage. Mail Services can help you ensure that your mailing is cost-effective, efficient, timely, and acceptable by the U.S. Postal Service.
