Introduction

Calibration Services Program is a convenient program that provides significant cost savings to all labs that have Mettler-Toledo, Ohaus, Satorius and Denver balances to name just a few.

Enrollment is easy; just fill out the online enrollment form. Billing has been simplified as well. Due to the fact that this is an internal billing program, you do not have to create a purchase order because you will be automatically billed back through an internal charge back.

The program features bi-annual preventive maintenance during the months of March and September which are billed at $55.00 per visit. Servicing all the balances at the same time results in an over 60% savings over the per balance price of $148.00. Included in this service are cleaning, calibration, adjustments and minor repairs. Any additional parts required for non-routine repairs are discounted by 10%.

Units that are enrolled in this program that need emergency calibration services due to circumstances that go beyond warranty and guaranteed work are billed at the Preventative Maintenance Service Program rate of $130.00 per hour.
