Lost or Stolen Card

If your WildCARD is lost or stolen, report it to the WildCARD Office immediately. If your WildCARD is stuck in a vending machine, copier, or washer/dryer card reader, you must notify the WildCARD Office immediately. Lost or stolen cards will result in a $15 replacement fee ($25 for Indalla card). Any value on the CashStripe cannot be refunded.

If your WildCARD has been activated to act as your U.S. Bank ATM/debit card, notify U.S. Bank immediately at 800-US BANKS (872-2657).
