Other Suggested Vendors

Northwestern’s Preferred Vendors offer the best overall value to the University on a variety of products and services. If you require a product or service that is not offered by an NU Preferred Vendor, contact PRS for a list of other suggested vendors. These vendors have provided reliable products and services to the University in the past and accept official Northwestern purchase orders.

Please note that PRS does not endorse these other vendors; contracts, agreements, terms or pricing provisions have not been negotiated with them on behalf of the University.

Per Northwestern’s Purchasing Policy, any purchase in the amount of $25,000 requires a competitive bid from at least three vendors.
